| In
a saucepan, bring cardamom pods and milk to a
boil; remove from heat. In another heavy-bottomed
saucepan,, gently heat granulated sugar in water
until it dissolves. Then boil rapidly To a light
golden brown. Pour the caramel into 6 moulds .
Place them in a pan. In a large bowl mix together
whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Put the milk
and cardamom mixture on the stove and bring to
boiling point again. Slowly add the Coffeeday
brew and egg mixture into it. Pour into to the
caramel moulds. Pour boiling water into the pan
in which the moulds are kept. Place in a preheated
oven at 3250 F (1600 C) for 45 minutes. Remove
dishes from the pan. Cool and refrigerate. To
serve, turnout into individual dishes.. |
