| Grease
a baking sheet/tray. Sieve flour and salt in to
a bowl, Stir in yeast and caraway seeds. In small
sauce pan , gently heat butter, milk and coffee.
Stir in sugar to dissolve. Mix in all the ingredients
thoroughly. Knead well until smooth and elastic.
Put in a large bowl, cover loosely with plastic
wrap and let it stand to rise (about 2 hrs). Knead
lightly on floured surface for 2-3 minutes. Divide
in 8 role each piece with a knot in the center.
Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let it
rise in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Brush
with beaten eggs and sprinkle with caraway seeds |
