| Mix
flour and baking powder and sift thrice. Beat
sugar and butter until the mixture creams. Add
egg whites, sifted flour and freshly brewed coffeeday
slowly to the creamed sugar and butter. Adjust
the consistency by adding a little milk. Pour
the batter into a round baking dish. Bake in medium
hot oven for half an hour. Remove from oven and
cool. Top it with coffee Icing and whipped cream. |
