Ingredients
Egg white

  1
Heavy cream

  1/2 cup
Vanilla extract

  1/4 tsp
Freshly brewed coffeeday (Preferably brew a light coffee)

  :2 cups

Method of Preparation

Beat the egg white until stiff and keep it separately in a bowl. In another bowl whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft. Mix egg white slowly into the whipped cream mixture. Pour this mixture equally into 4 tall cups, filling 1/3 of each cup. Add 2/3 of lightly brewed coffee into each cup. Serve hot.
