Ingredients
Unsifted Maida

  2 Cups
Sugar

  1½ Cups
Cinnamon (freshly ground)

  2 tsp.
Baking Soda

  2 tsp.
Salt

  1/2 tsp.
Oil

  1/2 cup
Eggs (beaten)

  2
Freshly brewed Coffee Day

  1/4 cup
Vanilla

  1 1/2 tsp.
Apples (sliced & peeled)

  2 1/2 cups
Nuts(chopped)

  1 cup

Method of Preparation

Mix all the dry ingridients in a large bowl. Blend in oil, eggs, coffee and vanilla one by one slowly. Stir in apples and nuts at last. Grease a 9 - inch tube baking tray and dust lightly flour. Pour the batter into the tray and bake at 350 deg. centigrade for 60 min. or until the cake is done. Cool and remove from the tray and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
