Our CSR Organization and Structure of CSR Frame Work

Our CSR Organization has a Corporate CSR committee headed by the Chairman and comprising of a Core monitoring group. The core monitoring group is responsible for resource allocation and monitoring of effective CSR implementation across all the business units of ABCTCL.

Our CSR frame work is structured to clearly identify the Key focus areas (KFA) and the corresponding performance criteria under each of the focus area. The conformance to performance criteria shall be achieved by rigorously pursuing CSR targets. Through this implementation shall be complemented with internal monitoring complemented with appropriate Corrective and Preventive actions, where required.  The Management review process shall ensure objective review and appropriate reporting mechanism to set a pace for continual improvement.

Through this Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frame work, we are defining our priorities towards   realizing our commitment to safeguard against impacts and risks resulting out of business operations and associated activities. This is essentially to address Concerns and interests of stakeholders and community by way of   adopting practices which:

• Meet  the  stakeholder expectations

• Comply with national  legislation, International standards and codes

• Promote Sustainable development.
